For your convenience we’ve created a self-service de-stage request to use once your property has sold. House of Design requires a 7 calendar day written notice for a de-stage (removal of furniture). Once you book your de-stage, House of Design is authorized to remove all staging items UP TO the closing date based on geographical scheduling. If you need to schedule a short notice de-stage (additional fee applies), OR your home has not sold and you wish to schedule a de-stage anyway, please use the de-stage inquiry button below to provide the information we will need to assist you.

It is the intention of House of Design to de-stage the property as close to the closing date as possible, this allows for any sudden contract changes.  In the event House of Design is not notified of the sale of the property and the new owner occupies the property with House of Design inventory still in place, the Payor assumes responsibility for all inventory replacement costs.
