5. Guest Responsibilities

• Follow all house rules provided in the listing or upon check-in.

• Use the property for lawful purposes only.

• Avoid causing damage, nuisance, or excessive wear to the property.
  Violation of these rules may result in termination of your stay without refund and liability for damages.
